Return Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on our site. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of requesting a refund within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service at contact@amaarjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reasons for your refund request in your email.
Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
Please note that some items, such as sale or promotional items, may not be eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
